Pure-water cleaning on a regular schedule.

I clean windows for homeowners and small businesses across Bristol on a regular 6-weekly schedule. The pure-water method gets your windows properly clean without using detergents — and the regular round means they stay that way. I'll message the night before each visit, and again when I'm done. You don't need to be in.

Pure Water, No Chemicals

Bristol tap water is hard — full of calcium and minerals that leave streaks. I use ultra-purified water (0.0 ppm) so the windows dry spotless. No detergents, no chemicals.

Reach Up to 36ft

The carbon-fibre water-fed pole reaches up to 36ft from the ground — most three-storey terraces are within reach. Velux windows, awkward angles, hard-to-reach skylights all included.

Regular 6-Weekly Schedule

On the round means in the round. I'll add you to a 6-weekly schedule (or 4-weekly for businesses) so you never have to remember when the windows are due. I'll be in touch when it's time.

Internal Cleaning Available

Outdoor cleans often highlight that the inside could do with a once-over too. I can do internal windows on the same visit, or as a one-off for end-of-tenancy or pre-sale.

I Always Communicate

I message the night before I'm coming so you know I'm on the way. I message when I'm done so you know I've been. No surprise visits, no chasing.

Insured & Recommended

Public liability insurance, 92 five-star Google reviews, and most of my clients have been with me for years. If anything's not right, tell me and I'll come back.

Window cleaning questions

Window cleaning questions — TOUGH
Why do you leave the windows wet?

I use ultra-purified water — measured at 0.00 ppm (parts per million), which means no minerals, no chemicals. After scrubbing and rinsing with this water, the windows dry naturally to a spotless finish. Bristol tap water is hard (around 287 ppm) and would leave streaks and spotting.

How often should I have them cleaned?

Six weeks works for most homes. Anything longer and dirt builds up enough that the regular round can't hold it. Anything shorter and you're paying more often than you need to. For commercial premises (higher footfall, more passing traffic), I usually recommend four weeks.

Do I need to be in?

Not unless you'd like internal windows done too. I'll need access to the front and back of the property — most of my customers leave a side gate unlocked or share a code. I message the night before so you know I'm coming.

What about the rain?

Light rain doesn't affect the finish — the pure water rinses clean and dries naturally. If it's torrential, I'll let you know on the day and I'll push back. Anything in between and I'll work through it.
